Happy 1yr + 4Months Lil Koala!!

Cant believe the numbers and how fast this lil boy has grown!!


At this age, his like a sponge!! Everything we do or speak... He immitates!


Altho he has good appettite, its soo hard to get his weight scale pass more than 10.5kg. The more he eats.. the more he poops!The more diapers we need to change and the more we're broke:p hahahha.. kidding!



He can build up sentence up to two or three words.. like... "No..no...no.." (while waving his point finger) and oso.. "Hammeeekk bull" ( ambil ball).. Hebat habis la tuee! hahaha..


He's more open to ppl now.. and sgtlah lasakkk and aggressive. So each time he plays or go near a kid regardless whether the kid is small or bigger than him, i have to tell the parents do not be fooled by this sweet looking boy which also sumtimes mistaken by a girl is actually the samseng kg. pisang rough and has the im-the-only-kid-in-d-housz-n-m-used-to-have-everything-to-myself syndrome ! He can just simply push a 7 yr old boy off his feet! So i really have to constantly remind him to play gentle and share over n over when he plays with the other kids. Yup, m trying to teach him to share stuff. But all he does is geleng kepala each time i ask him too.. :P But he's learning and and hope the consistancy does pay off!


Definitely an attention seeker and a drama king!!!

Its Friday people!! cant wait to go home and be ready for the weekend!!

Atuk is in Manado till Sunday, Opah will be in Jakarta tonight till tomoro night and Daddy is on his way to Phuket for free and will be back on Monday. Yup, so nice that Daddy's company has this away trip every year but doesnt allow spouse to tag along.. booohooooooooooo....

Left with Mommy, Koala and his aunties and uncle. That means we got the weekend all to ourselves huh, Koala?? Yeay!!

So Koala, whats the plan?? How do you wanna spend your weekend..??

.Morning walk in Port Campbell.

So the 2weeks basi story continues.. hahaha.. this might take forever!!


So we spent a night in Port Campbell and continued our road trip along Australia's great scenic coastal view. The scenary was just amazing!! The drive took around 4hrs+ since we stop almost all the scenic spots and arrived in Melbourne late in the evening. In Melbourne we stayed in an apartment in South Yarra. A really nice suburb which is not very far frm the Melb city.

On the way, we were surprised to see wild parrots flying freely at the park! If t was seagull, no big deal.. but PARROTS???!! Yes, these two parents were extremely 'jakun'. So we quickly park our car on the side road and join the rest of the people who were taking pic of those wild parrots.
Too bad Emir was asleep at that time.

Monday April 13. around 4pm we got an SMS. "Anggun is safely delivered at 3:41pm" It was definitely the news that frens n myself were waiting anxiously the entire day.
So quickly bathe Lil Koala and went straight to DSH. and coz we Mommy was too excited, we forgot to bring the camera. Booo..

I almost forgot how tiny babies were.. how emir was when he was just few days old.. i just lovess baby!! They're so cute and adorable and dont rebel and stay still! BUT!!! yeah.. the big BUT as big as my BUTT.. not yet people.. not yet..
Ooohh.. back to EMir.. He was as excited as we were when he saw the cute lil babygirl.. He wanted soo badly to kiss her and manage to gave her 2kisses on the chest and 3more on the cheek.. hehehe.. when more people come by to visit, Emir was being protective and didnt want to let others go near Anggun! hahaha..

.D Road Trip Continues.

The road trip continues and we prepared ouselves for another 4hrs drive not including stopping by the small town and the beautiful picturious scene on the way to Naracoorte.

The first few days through out the road trip Emir was a lil bit cranky due to the long hr drives having to 'melayan' his parents stopping by at every amazing corner or side roads just to take pics! But he finally got use to it! Hehehe.. thnx sayang...But we really have to thank all the sheeps, HUGE cows and horse for occupying and distracting Emir.


- Few stops at Warnambool and Port Fairy -

After spending the night at Narcoorte, we made our way for the nxt 4hrs drive to Port Campbell. Along the way, we stopped by at Mt Gambier, Warnambool ( whale watching spot but only between May-Sept where u can really see whales) and also the beautiful Port Fairy and had tones of picture taken at the Griffith Island where the local spend their evenings walking along the beautiful view port, fishing and surfing ! Emir just wanted us to let him loose so he can run towards the ocean..!

A huge pat on this amazing Lil koala coz during the trip he still follows his nap routine; twice a day and sleep early around 9:30pm at night. Also, amazingly we din jetlag at all! Muahaha.. But i guess probably of the timing when we first arrived in Perth and straight took the domestic flight which was also tiring but force us to sleep that made us straight away went out touring when we arrive.. ;)

Starting of with a summary of where we went the entire 16days.
KL -->Perth -->Adelaide (Qantas right aftr landed frm perth and spent 1N)--> then drove to Naracoorte (spent 1N) -->Mt Gambier --> Port Fairy --> Warnambool --> Port Campbell (spent 1N) --> Great Oceon Road --> Melbourne(Spent 2N) --> Continue driving straight to Sydney (9hrs driving and spent 4D/3N) --> took the night train to GoldCoast (Spent 4D/3N) and went to Brisbane airport early morning and fly back to Perth and spent 2N before heading back to MY.


Friday, March 20: 2300hrs
- Depart with Air Mauritius to Perth and arrived at 0550(local time) it was a 5+hrs flight: Its was an airbus and yup it was spacious and love the green-lime color seat. Food wise, same as MAS.. not so nice.. n not so bad.. Service wise from the flight attendant was Hancur.. yeah, that bad.


Sat, March 21: 0800hrs
-Got some exercise aftr d long flight and sum breakfast.. Mestilah sandwich tuna and coffee while waiting for our domestic flight to Adelaide by Qantas. Food and service wise: 5/5 *wink! They offered us a tray full of buns/breads/jams and juices when we din want any meal. its coz we assume its non-halal and we already had bfast. Emir oso got a box of color pencil and a small note book for him to show off his artistic.

-Aftr 3hrs. yeah.. lenguh buntuts! We arrived in Adelaide and checked ourselves in a decent studio room. Had some rest and went scouting for food and the i-tourism information center. -VERY HELPFUL!!! DEAD SERIOUS!!



- Port Adelaide, Adelaide -

Interesting things and Must do while ur in Adelaide based on our own feel and own budget allocation.. :P
-Port Adelaide by the light house. (20mins frm city)
  • Fishermen's Wharf Market- its like a flea market where you can buy souvenier's and local stuff like art craft, antiques stuff, clothing, old sheet music, and much more at a cheaper price.

  • This was the cheapest cruise we ever went on for a dolphin watching. Believe it or not it was only A$4 per person!!! and the cruise was for as long as 2 hrs and yup there were plenty of dolphins alright..!! there were even 2 dolphins near the port! If you're lucky.. u get to see pink dolphns too!! Us being all jakun was awwed by it..! hahahaha... But Emir was more interested trying to get his feet off the boat into the water that was full of jellyfish.


    - Adelaide's Heritage around the town - We hope into the free tram and head ourselves to the city. The building was very old-like and unique. We even got to see the Parliament House! Hehehe.. No tight security like ours! :p

-Halal Restaurants. There's one near our hotel along Gouger Street, Kapitim Malaysian Cuisine Restaurant. But we din get the chance to eat there as they open at odd hrs.. 11am-2.30pm and then 6-10pm. Actually there aint many halal restaurant in Adelaide. :P but there are kebab's as usual in Rundle Street and tones of non-wine-buttered fish and chips! ;)

We spent a night in Adelaide and then rent a car the next day.


-Travelling Light!- - The boy buckling up! -

Hint: Dont rent a car from the airport itself as the daily charges are slightly higher than the ones in the nearby city or suburbs. Oso, try asking them for a free upgrade.. they might be kind enuf to give u one ;)

After 16 days being under only MommyDaddy's ketiak extreme love and attention, that cant-be-avoided-Most-Hated-Working-Monday for sure will be hard for the 3 of us.

We safely touchedown arnd 1pm on Sunday and head straight back home. Had ourselves some good rest and some yummy Malaysian Home-Made lunch n dinner to fillup our 2 weeks-mat n miss salleh tummy. Then we went to bed early aftr day dreaming for our nxt getaway vacation while preparing physicaly n mentally bout needing to wake up early mornin d nxt day for work! and oso thinking of our lil spoilt koala who will be left at home playing all by himself with his toys with the company of our beloved Atuk and oso our MissSlowmo aka maid. *Hope MissSlowmo havent forgeten the simple routine for this lil koala*

So yesterdy mornin.. as usual.. getting ready to work... yada..yada..spilsh..splash..boring stuff.. its time to say byebye to our lil-cutecamcina-a-bit-naughty-and-sgt-byk-la-akal-bdak-nie. and to our surprise.....
Diz 1yr+3months lil boy just din bother to even cry and wanting us to carry him. In fact he waved us bye-bye in the arms of MissSlowmo. "Hhmm did she just put him on a spell or sumthing for not giving her a rough day..?? ", *Evil thoughts went thru my mind..Muahahahah.. :p*
So, i waved him back and slowly drive off to work and looking back at him several times just to make sure that this lil boy is really OK..

All day at work was feeling the Monday-Blues kicking in hard.. and cudnt help myself frm going back early.. hahahah.. *Kemalasan tahap gaban* All the way back home i was thinking of bringing lil koala out to the park since for the past 2weeks he was so used going out everyday..

When i got home.. quickly search for that lil koala and saw him playing with his kangaroo on his lil bike. He looked at me and yes, i was waiting for that special moment that every Mommies out there just loved - The expression of your lil baby feeling all happy to see their Mommies back home while running toward you for that happy-rindu hug!!

But all i got wass.. "Uuhh!" Showing his kangaroo and continue playing n not even bother to hug me. " Huuuwwwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa..."

and im still waiting for my 'Coming-Back-Home-Hug' tp masih tak berhasil!!! Ceyh.. but when uncleMuz got back home.. mcm lipas kudung dia lari g pintu and ask UncleMuz to carry him.. Cait.. tak aci!!

So takpe.. Mommy tak kisah.. *Yeah right!!*

Yup people.. we're safely back!
It was definitely a fun and interesting trip for the 3 of us and yup, i dont mind doing it all over again despite the baby+extra luggage, and the 13hrs long flight, and the 20+hrs road trip, 12hrs train ride and the adventurous diaper changing with no water but tissue in the toilets but only relying to the water tap on the sink. heheheh..
Will update u guys soon on our trip but promise u its not gona b THAT detail.. hahahaha..
