So we definitely went and check out the place last Friday and i straight away felt comfortable with the concept, the teachers and place they offer. They actually have a separate nursery which was not far from the main nursery for just babies where they have more focused activities for them and its more manageable in terms of hygenic, activities and socialiazing among the babies. Even for babies below 14months they have their own cribs as in each one of them to sleep in. Very safe!!
Education wise, they have flash card, montessori practical , sensorial life and lots of other exciting activities including Mengaji!! hihihihi.. yeah.. y introduce him just to ABC,123,animals, etc but not arabic? We straight away registered ourselves on that day!!
Over d weekends, i was bz making sure i got all his stuff organized and packed. Even went shopping for his new bottles and tits despite my Robocop leg. Myself was nervous and at d same time feeling proud. Feeling that my boy has reach that other milestone.. (padahal nursey je Mommy oi..) Hhmm..
This morning, i stop d car infront of the nursery. Taking one deep breath and stop d car engine. Took LilKoala and his stuff and walk nervously to the door where we were welcomed the teacher's warm smile.
Him was just excited coz he remebered the last time he came, he had fun playing with the tones of toys they have and bullying the other kids.. So he quickly went to the toys and start eyeing which one to play while i was giving all the do(s) and dont(s) in the world and the how to(s) and when to(s).. hahahha.. was soo paranoid and even made a list and his feeding schedule!!
So when its time to say bye-bye told him i got to work then he quickly being clingy but at d same time wanted to play.. so brought him to the dining where all the other kids cutely sitting on their own lil chair with their own lil bowl having breakfast he too was excited and wanted to join them.. So the teachers got him a cute yellow chair and bowl of toasted bread.
He sat quietly while looking or probably staring at the other kids who were enjoying their bfast.. so when he was all calm, said him goodbye from far and off went to work. Could hear him calling and crying for me and it was YEAH.. killing me!! *sob*sob*sob..(apalaa...mommy =P) but i just had to leave and let the teacher take over and know he's gonna have lotsa fun.
Called the nursery later.. Surprisingly they told me he's happily playing n only cried for a while after i left.. That was a relief!!
So got off frm work early and went n pick him up.. he immediately cried when he saw me.. While chatting and asking his progress with the teacher, he was bz playing the slides annndd.. DIDNT want to go home!!!!
"Will came back tomoro dear.. and you can play all day long.. Mommys' extremely proud of you, darling!!"
